Spring Fling Evening - Friday 12 May
The Music Department will be holding their annual Spring Fling Evening at Seafield Bowling club on Friday 12th of May at 7pm. Tickets are on sale at reception - £5 Adult £4 Concession.
The evening will be filled with music from S5/6 NPA student and Soul Band, The Soul Destroyers. There will also be Rock n Roll Bingo and a quiz along with food to accompany the entertainment.

Careers Adviser Available Over Holidays
Evelyn Rogers, Careers Adviser, Skills Development Scotland is keen to continue to offer support to school students over the Easter and summer holidays.
She will be in the school next week 9am - 3pm on Tuesday 4th April and Wednesday 5th April.

Sports Leaders Organise Sports Hall Festival
Higher and Level 5 sports leaders led a sports hall festival for Cedarbank students on Tuesday morning. This allowed the students to participate in handball, benchball, basketball, relay races and sports day races in an inclusive environment. Bands Awarded Gold at Perth Festival
The Deans Windband were awarded Gold in the finals of the Scottish Concert Band Festival. There are too many of them to list but if you know any of the band students please congratulate them. The judges comments were excellent and the band were a credit to the school.

Rebecca Sings Her Way Through to Semi-Finals
Congratulations to Rebecca Pennykid who took part in the 3rd of 5 rounds of Rotary's Young Musician of the Year Competition at the weekend. The 17 competitors came from East Central Scotland and the Borders, even as far away as Kirkcudbright! We were delighted when the judges announced the winner, "with a mature voice" was Rebecca.
