School Meals
A wide range of healthy options, hot meals, hot and cold snacks are available daily in the school restaurant. Food is available in the morning between 8.00am and 8.25am, at morning interval and lunchtime. The restaurant operates a pin number system for the purchase of goods. Each student is issued with a pin number on enrolment at Deans. A student price list is available below.
Since 2016 West Lothian Council has introduced an online payment system for school meals and trips. Once a new student has been added to the admin system in the school kitchen this will generate an activation code and parents will receive a letter with this code and information on how to register for online payments. Packed lunches may be eaten in the restaurant, whilst senior students (S5/S6) may purchase and consume hot and cold stacks in the Community Café. S1 students must stay in the school grounds during lunchtime. All students are discouraged from visiting the local supermarket at lunchtime and must stay in the school grounds during break.
