Customer Service Excellence - Year 1 Review


We did really well in our year 1 review.  We have now been awarded full compliance in every category (57) which removes the 3 partials we had last year.

In addition, we have retained the 5 'Compliance Plus' (Best practice) accreditations and have been given another 2 Compliance Plus awards, giving us a total of 7.

We are the first organisation Harry Nicol has assessed which has achieved full compliance and the first to achieve 7 Compliance Plus awards.
